If you purchase a contract template from us, you are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the product(s) purchases. You are not authorized to give or sell any templates to any other parties aside from those involved in the transaction the contract was purchased for. If you violate this license, Gen Esq Law PLLC reserves the right to invoice you for the licenses you have gifted to others and revoke your access to the website’s template(s) and product(s) permanently. The contract templates provided on the site were drafted by a New York attorney and may not be suitable for use in your State. Accordingly, you should have an attorney in your State review any contract template purchased before use.

4. Confidentiality & Conflicts


We will keep all information it receives on any matter confidential in accordance with our usual procedures. Subject to applicable regulations and laws, you agree that Gen Esq Law PLLC is free to represent either existing or future clients in matters which are or may be directly adverse to your interests. If any such representation constitutes a conflict of interest under the ethical rules of New York or other applicable U.S. jurisdictions, you waive and consent in advance to any such conflict. We will process any personal data that is transferred or otherwise obtained in the course of our business relationship with you in accordance with applicable laws.


5. Cancellation, Payment, and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service. If you have any complains or concerns about any of the services provided to you or about bills rendered for services, we are happy to discuss them with you directly to resolve any issues. You may terminate our representation at any time with or without reason by notification in writing of your desire to do so. Once we receive notice to terminate your representation, all legal work on your behalf will immediately cease and you will be responsible tor paying all legal fees and expenses incurred on your behalf in your matter on and before the date that the written notice of termination is received. All services completed up to the time of termination will be provided to you upon our receipt of the associated fees. All payments made through this site are non-refundable. By making a purchase or retainer payment on this site, you authorize Gen Esq Law PLLC and/or Janelle J. Romero, Esq. to charge the credit card(s) used. We do not offer refunds and there are no exceptions to the refund policy. User’s shall not receive any refund, partial or otherwise, if they are unable to attend a purchased consultation or session. If you must cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so within 48 hours to receive credit towards a consultation or session scheduled for another time.

6. No Warranty

We do not represent or warrant that such information is or will be always current, complete, or accurate. Any representation or warranty that might be otherwise implied is expressly disclaimed. You agree that under no circumstances shall Janelle J. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall our cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service or Product you have purchased from us and if no purchase has been made by you, our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $50.
